Palm House Sefton Park Wedding Photographer

What an amazing job being the Liverpool Wedding photographer for Kelly & Matthew’s Palm House wedding. The Palm House Sefton Park is one of the most unique and beautiful wedding venues in Liverpool and deserves to be on my list of the best Outdoor Wedding Venues in Liverpool.

Bride walks up the aisle with the father of the bride

Palm House wedding Ceremony

One of Liverpool’s finest wedding venues, the Palm House is a grade II listed building and was built in 1896. After falling into decline it was saved by the Sefton Park Preservation Trust, which was set up in 1996. Set in the middle of the beautiful Sefton Park it is a fantastic place to have a wedding and to be a Palm House Sefton Park wedding photographer.  I really love shooting in this most unusual wedding venue. The light airy space makes for excellent photos. Here are more Top Wedding Venues in Liverpool.

Kelly & her bridesmaids were running a little late with their bridal preparations in the morning but they rallied and after the flowers arrived they were in their dresses and ready for what became a fantastic wedding day to photograph. I love taking photos as a ‘job’ its ace.

Bride and groom share a joke

Great light for Wedding Photographs in the Palm House

The groom and his groomsmen were larking around as they waited for the bride to arrive in her vintage wedding car. The light was perfect during the ceremony for taking fantastic photos. After an emotional exchange of vows and the register was signed it was time for the drinks reception for a glass of bubbly, some canapés and lots of hugs from the wedding guests!

Photographing the First Dance

After a confetti throw at the gates to the Palm House, it was time to sit for the wedding breakfast. Some great speeches by the groom and best man and into the evening it was time for the cake cutting and first dance. A top Dj kept the guests on the dance floor so I could capture some great photos of the guests letting their hair down!

Here are my favourite wedding photos from Kelly & Matthew’s Palm House Sefton park wedding. If you are getting married at the Palm house or anywhere else in the North West and beyond please get in touch to discuss your wedding photography.
